Role-play 12 Strategy
Roel-play 12는 RP11과는 전혀 다른 유형이다.
RP11에서 답변한 내용에서 어떤 문제가 발생했고 이를 해결하는 형태이다. RP12을 답변하는 전략은 R11과는 조금 다르게 하는 것이 좋다. 아래 질문에 대해 답변하는 형태를 가지고 R12 전략을 짜 보자.
질문)
I'm sorry but there is a problem I need you to resolve.
You have received the new phone but the features are not what you expected.
You would like to return it to get a new phone.
Call the store, explain th situation, and make arrangements to get a new product.

RP11에서는 질문의 대답을 전부 긍정적으로 나오는 것으로 전략을 짰다.
그래서 여기에 맞춰서 대답 구조를 짰는데,
RP12에서는 "문제"를 해결하는 유형이므로 최초 질문에 대해서 부정적인 대답을 상대방으로부터 받은 것으로 해야 한다.
첫 번째 질문은 다음 3가지 유형으로 시작해보자.
1. Could you~?
2. Would it be possible~?
3. Would you be able to~?
이렇게 질문하는 것이 약간 비즈니스 영어이고 기본적으로 누구와 이야기할 때 특히 판매자 등과 같이 처음 보는 사람과 이야기할 때 좋은 방법이다.

- Explain the problem (설명)
- Ask the 1st question to resolve the problem.
. response = NO! (부정적인 답변)
. Why not?
. Repeat the response
. Feeling
- Ask 2nd question to resolve the problem.
. response = YES! (긍정적인 답변)

한국 사람 대부분은 색깔을 말할 때 pink color, blue color와 같이 color를 꼭 붙이는데, 이 "color"를 붙일 필요가 없다.
그냥 in pink, in blue와 같이 말하면 된다.

- Call you friend and explain the situation.
- And then give two or three alterantives.
