Should, Could, Would 예문

(대화1)
A: I should probably get going.

저 이제 가봐야 겠네요. I have to go now. I should have to go now. 

B: I could drive you to the station if you'd like.

지하철역까지 테워 줄 수 있는데.

A: No, No, No. I don't want to bother you.

아니예요. 귀찮게 하고 싶지 않아요.
No thank you는 너무 딱 잘라 말하는 것 같다. I don't want impose는 많이 공손한 느낌이 난다.

B: No, No, No. I really don't mind.  // It's no bother at all.

아니예요. 전혀 상관 없어요.
It's totally fine도 괜찮은 느낌이다.

A: Well, in that case, that would be great. I'd really appreciate that. Thanks.

그래요, 그러시다면, 좋아요. 정말 감사합니다.

 
원어민들이 이렇게 sould, could, would를 사용하는데 어떤 의미의 차이가 있을까?
could는 명확하게 알겠다. 할 수 있다는 의미가 들어가 있는 것 같다.
sould는 조금 의무적인 느낌이 들어가 있는 것 같고 would는 완전 의지의 느낌인 것 같다.
위 대화 속에서 should, could, would의 의미를 생각해 보세요.
 
언어를 배우는 것을 수학이나 건축을 배우는 것으로 생각하면 안된다.
지금 안들린다고 해서 기초로 돌아가서 다 하고 돌아와야 겠다고 생각하면 안된다.
지금을 피하지 말고 기초를 병행해야 한다. 영어를 머리로 하려고 하지 마라.
 
(대화2)
A: Hey, It looks like I'm free tonight. What do you want to do?

헤이, 나 오늘 저녁 시간 될 것 같아.

B: What happened to your date?

너 데이트 한다고 했잖아?

A: Oh, Kim's dog, Buster, is sick. So, she has to stay home and take case of him. So, what do you want to do?

음. 그녀 반려견 Buster가 아파서 집에 있으면서 돌봐야 한데.

B: Did you offer to help her?

도와 주겠다고 해봤어?

물어볼 수 있겠지만, 그게 좀 부적절하지 않을까?(이상하지 않을까?)

다 챙기셨나요? 지하철역까지 배웅대줄께. I'll take you to the subway station. take를 쓰면 데려다 준다는 의미

B: I was actually thinking of taking the bus. There's a stop right across the street.

난 사실 버스 탈려고 생각했어. 길 건너편에 버스정류장이 있어.

A: ...(이상한 표정)B: Not a good idea?

좋은 생각이 아닌가?

A: I suppose you could, but I wouldn't take the bus. Not at this hour.

그렇게 할 수도 있는데 나라면 버스 안타. 특히 지금 이시간에는.
*suppose는 guess와 같은 의미, 조금 더 formal한 느낌.

B: How about a taxi then?

그럼 택시는 어때?

A: That's even worse.

택시는 더 안 좋아.

B: So, I should probably just take the subway, huh?

그럼, 지하철 타야겠네 그치?

A: That's what I would do. Why don't you want to take the subway?

나라면 그럴꺼야. 근데 왜 넌 지하철 타지 않아?

B: I just hate the stairs...
