11번, 롤 플레이

롤 플레이 문제 11, 12, 13번에 나온다.
11번 문제는 롤 플레이 첫 번째 문제인데.. 사실 배점이 그렇게 높지 않으니 간단하게 대답하고 넘어가자.
 
그러나, 이문제에서 무엇을 체크하고 싶은지 본질을 알고 대답하자.
이 문제는 수험생이 상대방에게 질문을 잘하는지 체크하는 것이라고 할 수 있다.
10번까지는 에바의 질문에 대해 답변만 했는데, 대화에서 질문도 잘할 수 있는지 체크하고 싶은 것이다.
 
질문을 잘하는 포인터 중 하나가,
내가 잘아는 사람에게는 가볍고 친근하게,
내가 잘 모르는 사람에게는 좀 격식을 갖추어 질문하는 것이다.

먼지, 두 가지 시나리오를 준비해야 한다.
1. 모르는 사람과 대화하는 방법
2. 잘 아는 사람과 대화하는 방법
 
그리고, 대화하는 방법도 3개 정도로 나눌 수 있다.
1. 사람와 대화하기
2. 전화해서 대화하기
3. 자동 응답기에 말 남기기 ( 잘 안 나옴 )
 

(11번 롤플레이 대답전략)
1. 인사하기
. Hi. there(전화).
2. Briefly explain your situation.
. 짧게 설명하고 다음 질문으로 넘어가야 한다.
3. Ask your first question.
4. Repeat the response.
5. Ask two more questions and repeat steps
* Repeat the response는 전부 긍정적으로 하는 것이 헷갈리지 않고 명확하게 메시지를 전달할 수 있다.
3번째 질문을 할 때 이런 말은 넣어주면 좋다.
I almost forgot. 잊어버릴 뻔했는데요.

 
(사례1) 모르는 사람과 전화로 대화하기 
I'd like to give you a situation to act it out.
You would like to buy a new cellphone.
Call a store and ask 3 or 4 questions about a new phone you would like to purchase.
제가 당신에게 어떤 상황을 줄께요..
당신은 새로운 핸드폰을 사고 싶어요.
가게에 전화해서 여러분이 사려고 하는 새 핸드폰에 대해 3 or 4 가지 질문을 하세요.
 
Hi there. (전화)
I want to buy a new phone like an iPhone 10.
How much is it?
Oh, that cheap?!
Only a thousand dollars?!
That'g great!
 
I really want to buy a pink iPhone10.
So, do you have, um, a pink one?
Oh, nice!
You have a pink one.
That's great.
 
And, l like listen to music so I really need a new iPhone with best speakers.
So, do you have that kind of iPhone?
Oh, it's best. That's good.
