최근에 한국에서 조깅 열풍이다. 한국사람들은 유행에 민감하죠.

나도 요즘 조깅을 하기 시작했다. 나이를 먹을 수로 띄는 것이 심장에도 좋다고 한다.

종아리 근육에도 좋다고 하다.
